This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Avercrest website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
We offer returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following requirements:
- the item has not been worn or used
- the product remains in its original condition and packaging
Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted for return.
Contact Required Before Returning
Please note: customers are required to contact us by email before sending any item back.
To initiate a return request, email us at support@avercrest.com and include the following information:
- your order reference number
- a brief explanation of the return reason
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns shipped without authorization will not be processed.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returned packages must be shipped using a service that provides valid tracking information.
Avercrest is not liable for returns that are lost, delayed, or shipped without tracking.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging and safe shipment of returned items.
Refund Processing
After your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may vary.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
Exchanges
We do not provide direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a replacement item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cases are excluded from refunds and returns:
- returns sent without prior approval
- returns submitted outside the 30-day period
- products that have been worn, used, or damaged
- returns shipped without valid tracking details
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for a refund. Any additional handling or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
